Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital goods

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
